1. Eligibility and Account

2. Subscriptions and Payments

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and designs in the App and on our website are owned or licensed by Atria App LLC. You may not copy, modify, or use our content without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may cancel your account at any time through your app store or by contacting support.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Atria also functions under the Apple App Store Standard practices of use that you may familiarize yourself at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atria App LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll post the new version on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after such updates means you accept the new Terms.

Subscription Terms

These terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Atria app (the “App”), distributed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1. Subscription Overview

Atria App LLC (“Atria,” “we,” or “us”) offers an auto-renewing subscription that provides access to premium features and content within the App. Subscription pricing and available plans are displayed in-app before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account depending on your platform. Payments and renewals are managed directly by the App Store or Google Play.

2. Auto-Renewal

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (for example, annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise noted.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Apple ID Subscriptions settings (for iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (for Android).

3. Free Trials & Introductory Offers

If a free trial or introductory price is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before that time. Only one trial may be used per account.

4. Refunds

Apple and Google handle all billing and refunds for in-app purchases made through their respective stores. If you experience an issue with a payment or wish to request a refund, please use:

5. Account Access & Usage

Access to premium features continues while your subscription is active. If a renewal payment fails or your subscription expires, access to premium features will automatically end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update pricing, features, or terms in the future. You’ll be notified in advance if any price changes occur, and you’ll have the opportunity to cancel before renewal.
